**Physical Appearance**: Xhoa's brick-red scales have seen many a climate, from the scorching deserts of Corinco to the forests and mountains of Kallimar, as her gleaming blue eyes survey the landscapes for new animals and genes. A long military greatcoat protects her from the rain and winds while a shawl lies wrapped around her neck, the one place of the Corico culture she so disparages now imitating a Rissi bandana. Unusual horns grow from her head, arching backwards elegantly.

**Public Bio**: What better word to describe Xhoa than 'enigma', for who would have expected a half-dead, crashed, frozen husk of a lizard to rocket through Kallimar's notoriously rigid ranks and become a respected xenobiologist and geneticist both on Kallimar and in the Guild within four short years? Now here she is, a Flight Commander with her own lab and a good friend in Detective Garibaldi, ready to explore the galaxy and find all sorts of new and wonderful animals. Yet she remains aloof, relentlessly driven and somewhat distant, seemingly fully focused on whatever goal she has.
