+Minerals of this kind are only found in the Purple Mountains of RANAR-M-003 VI. Peepy imagines it must have been quite the mission; RANAR-M-003 is certainly much further out in the galaxy than previous missions the Guild has conducted! How did it go? If Peepy hadn’t been so busy last quarter, Peepy would’ve gladly accompanied your team out there. Nonetheless, Peepy will assist with the project as it progresses. Next quarter, when this manuscript is finished, Peepy will accompany you on the return mission.
+Secondly, Peepy is so pleased to hear that both the first and second edition of //The Fundamentals of Terraforming// and the associated case studies were greatly influential to your project. Peepy often forgets how truly pioneering this work is! Peepy remembers when this was still in its infancy: only blueprints of a project for many quarters, and then, with a dedicated team of many colleagues from within the Guild, we were able to successfully carry out one of the first terraforming projects of such a large scale. Of course, terraforming to adapt to the needs of Balra, Rissi, or Xhuva is rather different than for Sailors. Peepy would be keen to assist with a terraforming project for Sailors should such a project arise, though Peepy is sure that this is something you’d be more familiar with than Peepy. Peepy may know lots about Sailors and have been created in your shape, but Peepy has not had all that much lived experience amongst sailorkind, though Peepy spent cycles working on the then Barren One long before it was inhabited. If Peepy wasn’t there, Peepy was traversing the galaxy before the widespread adoption of FTL! Seems a long time ago now.
+As for your final question, yes, Peepy is truly one of Peepy’s kind. Other similar research androids have been created before, but Peepy is the longest living one. Maybe someday there’ll be others made using this model! It’s certainly durable and long-lasting. \\

+In much less time than the message was typed, it traverses the galaxy to its destination. A hot pink rubbery arm refreshes the system. No new messages.
+The room it’s situated in reflects years of dedication to a specific goal: gaining knowledge. A passion for the vibrant landscapes every lifeform in the galaxy can call their home. The office was bare when Peepy first claimed it, but now shelves and multiple storage cabinets cover it wall to wall, each adorned with a vast display of rock and mineral samples from every system she has ever visited. The place she calls her home. But Peepy cannot be constrained to one single place.
+It gets up and heads outside. From here, the night sky above stretches out as far as the eye can see, a sea of darkness illuminated by the specks of light radiating from distant systems. Against its great expanse, a single being seems so small. A single being like nothing else in this galaxy. It’s isolating, and yet, seeing all those lights out there only an FTL jump away, it’s comforting. This entire galaxy will always be home. Even if Peepy is just one alone, there are many others out there. Maybe someday there could be others modelled in the same shape. But maybe that doesn't matter.
