Physical Appearance: Sailor body: She has dark grey-brown skin and amber eyes, to the side of each of their eyes there are 3 bioluminescent dots each a different colour. The markings on their skin are a mixture of natural spots and orange bioluminescent dots that have been connected together in a ‘web’ of constellations, forming two halves of a loop, split vertically; a blue crescent consisting of wave patterns faces downwards and sits at the top of the inner loop. A stripe of white lines and dots fall from one of her eyes to the beginning of her arms Blue bioluminescent ring shapes extend down her arms and legs. EVA Suit: they wear a standard EVA suit with the left arm of the suit being replaced by a cybernetic (sailor) arm. The suit is decorated with the same dot-line pattern on her face, though this time in pink and her suit has blue rings going down the arms.

Public Bio: Shiny Skies is a sailor belonging to the Nation of the Eternal Sky. She is a young 20-something year old who is an avid member of the Sailors' Assembly and has recently been elected as one of the representatives for them in The Commonwealth of the Moon. They are a rather outgoing person and willing to talk to anyone if it means improving the rights of the sailors of the nation of eternal sky. They have only ever left the moon a couple times when visiting the cartographers guild. People may see her as a naive idealist, especially those with connections to, or positive ideas of the oligarchy.
