Public Bio: Velraisil Seret-Alathemanay is a Squadron Commander of Kallimar. His main goal regarding the Cartographer’s Guild is to advance his plans for a new colony, the latter being officially sanctioned by the People’s Army of Kallimar. However, he also enjoys exploring the stories and art of other cultures when he can.
